What is the difficulty of your tours?

All our tours are fairly easy and suitable for participants of all ages. They take place in low altitudes through smooth paths and there is no need for special equipment.

What should I wear?

Any type of comfortable sports clothes and shoes will do. Try to wear light layers (shorts, pants, and a short-sleeve top in the summer and base layers in the winter). We recommend wearing long trousers for the tours that involve walking through trails as some parts include high vegetation. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water with you. And of course, don't forget your hat and sunscreen especially during the summer months!

Can I join a tour late or leave early?

Unfortunately, you won’t be allowed to join a tour after it has started. If you need to leave a tour early, please note you will not be entitled to a refund and you will be responsible for your own arrangements and costs entailed.

What if I arrive late at the meeting point?

You have to be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the start of the tour. If you are late, we cannot guarantee your participation.

What are the age restrictions on your tours?

To participate independently you must be at least 18 years old. All participants younger than 18 years old need to be accompanied by an adult. There is no upper age limit for our tours. Some of our tours require walking and standing for some time and therefore are not applicable to participants with reduced mobility and/or medical conditions.

Payments are done at the meeting point or through your agent (if you have booked via a travel agent). We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that we do not accept American Express or any other payment methods.

Tips are not included in the tour price and tipping is entirely at your discretion.

How many people can join a tour?

Our small group sizes give you the freedom to explore and participate, and to get more personal attention from our local guides. With a maximum of 20 participants, your group won't be too big or crowded, so you can enjoy a more personalized experience. If you are interested in accommodating a group of more than 20 people, please contact us and we’ll try to provide special arrangements.

What happens if the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances?
